About Elevation
Elevation Residences is the result of a development team that refused to compromise on quality, materials, or the way light enters a room at 7am.
Our Story
Every great building starts with a question. Ours was simple: what would we build if we were moving in ourselves?
We looked at forty-seven waterfront parcels across three cities over two years. This one had it all: unobstructed bay views to the south, a walkable neighborhood to the north, and a setback generous enough to let every floor breathe. We acquired the site in November and spent twelve months just studying the light.
We partnered with Lara Voss + Partners, a studio known for residential towers that feel human at every scale. Their mandate was radical: no unit should feel like a unit. Every residence should feel like a home that happens to be forty stories up, with floor plans shaped by how people actually live, not by what the structure allows.
Construction began with a materials specification that read more like a restaurant menu than a builder's manifest. Italian marble from Carrara. German-engineered fixtures from Dornbracht. Wide-plank oak from sustainably managed Scandinavian forests. Every finish was selected by walking through it, touching it, living with it for weeks before signing off.
Elevation Residences is now pre-selling. 280 residences across 42 stories, each designed to reward the people who notice the details — the shadow a wall casts at golden hour, the silence of a perfectly sealed window, the weight of a door handle that tells you someone cared.
Elevation Residences — Waterfront Drive
"Elevation is not a building. It is the belief that where you live should be as considered as how you live — that architecture is not decoration, but the daily container for your ambitions, your rest, and the view you deserve to wake up to."
The Team
Three firms, one standard: nothing leaves the drafting table unless it would pass our own scrutiny as residents.
Award-winning architect behind twelve residential towers across four continents. Known for floor plans that respond to natural light and human rhythm. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Dezeen, and the Venice Biennale.
Twenty-two years building waterfront properties that hold their value. His previous project, The Marion, sold out in nine weeks and has appreciated 40% in four years. He lives in one of his own buildings — and that tells you everything.
Sofia's interiors have been described as "warm minimalism for people who actually cook." She selected every finish in Elevation — from the kitchen countertop stone to the hallway sconce angle — treating each residence as a composition, not a spec sheet.
